Samba

Samba is a Brazilian dance. The typical rate is around 54-56 samba cycles / min. The Samba is imposed upon two rhythms: syncopated rhythm (dotted eighth note, sixteenth, and quarter), billed as a "once-e-two" and the rhythm of four eights manifold as a "once-and-two-and".As in other Latin dances, you can dance the basic figures in holding a closed (right-hand partner's left hand held by a partner more or less at the height of their sight, the left hand is loose and the partner's right shoulder partner, partner's right hand on left shoulder partner) or keeping an open (right-hand partner by the left hand held a partner at the hips, right arm and right hand partner partner naturally discharged to the side at shoulder height).
